A part of Avvashya Group since 2001 and heads Group in various capacities namely Finance Controller, CEO of a business vertical, and presently Chief Investment Officer of Allcargo Logistics Limited.

Ravi Jakhar is the Group CFO and Director – Strategy. He is a B. Tech graduate from IIT BHU who also attended the entrepreneurship program at Harvard Business School. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and CXO roles, he previously managed South Asian operations for BMT, specializing in maritime and logistics infrastructure consulting for government and corporate sectors.
An experienced entrepreneur and venture builder in the tech and consumer sectors, he currently leverages his expertise in financial structuring and global business strategy to oversee Allcargo’s growth across international markets. He also remains active as a mentor and investor in AI and tech startups.

Kaushik Desai brings over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on managing key relationships with funds and investors while driving strategic initiatives. He has successfully raised over ₹4,000 crore from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and other investor segments, and has deep expertise in transaction structuring.
Prior to his current role, he was associated with leading institutions such as Deutsche Bank, CRISIL, and Dawnay Day AV, where he built a solid foundation in finance and investment management.

Vimal Jangla has over 23 years of experience, specializing in building and nurturing collaborative relationships with real estate developers and affiliated partners to effectively implement investment strategies. He leads real estate acquisitions and asset management functions, bringing strong expertise in identifying opportunities and optimizing asset performance.
Prior to his current role, he has been associated with prominent organizations such as K Raheja Corp. and IL&FS, where he gained extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
